Co-Founder and Director of Operations
Hands-on operations leader with a career built on developing high-performance field
teams and delivering results under pressure. Sebastian oversees all crew deployment,
service quality, and field operations across every market we serve.
Mark Kelly
Northeast Director of Field Operations
Mark is a proven leader in global medical operations, government‑level health coordination, and crisis response management, with more than two decades of frontline and executive experience across the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the Pacific. Mark is also a volunteer firefighter and EMT.
Paul Razzoli
Director of Client Services
Paul is a retired Fire Captain with 25 years of service with the Jersey City Fire Department. At Restoration-America, Paul is serving as a primary Priority Responder, visiting sites impacted by fires to make them aware of the services offered by Restoration-America.
